Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with startups and founders
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in tech/SaaS
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and MVP development process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule
System Architect
We're seeking an experienced System Architect to design scalable, robust architectures for our clients' MVPs and ensure technical excellence across all projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable systems for diverse client projects
- Make key technology decisions and define technical standards
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure architectural integrity
- Review code and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture or senior development roles
- Deep expertise in modern tech stacks (React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud services)
- Experience designing systems that scale from MVP to production
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
